Become a Mentor

Referees interested in becoming a mentor should contact MWFRA VP Juniors via email at vp_juniors@mwfra.org.au.

Mentors have an integral role in the development path of all new referees. Mentors are also reimbursed for their time.

Become an Assessor

Referees interested in becoming an assessor should contact MWFRA Assessors Convener via email at convener@mwfra.org.au.

Assessor and Mentor Requirements

All assessors and mentors must hold a valid, paid employment WWC clearance number.

The cost of obtaining this clearance is $80, which will remain valid for a period of five years.

The MWFRA will reimburse assessors and mentors $16 at the conclusion of each season in which they have been active.

Receiving Submitted Coaching Report Forms

Upon submission of the referee mentoring form, the mentor and the referee will immediately receive the first page of the form via email. The MWFRA Vice President – Juniors will soon after separately receive the complete submission. Mentors or referees who have not received the first page of the report form via email should email website@mwfra.org.au.
