Committee Nomination Form

The MWFRA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 19th November 2018 at the Cromer Park Clubhouse, commencing at 7:00pm.

The following committee positions are up for election at the AGM:

  • President
  • Vice President Juniors
  • Treasurer
  • Assistant Secretary
  • Gear Steward
  • Assessors Convenor

The Reviews Panel Chair is also up for election. This is an office-bearer, but does not hold a position within the committee.

Members wishing to nominate for an available committee position should complete the Committee Nomination Form – ensuring that the form is signed by two MWFRA members – and email to MWFRA Secretary, Richard Socratous at
