Referee Mentoring Form

In order to reduce the likelihood of returning a blank form upon submission of this form, mentors are henceforth required to type their written comments for each section below in one paragraph, i.e. without the use of multiple paragraphs within the same section.

Put differently, this is to require mentors to refrain from using the return/enter key when typing their written comments for each section below.

For example, written comments should not be typed as follows:

The referee maintained control for the entire match.

The referee's signals always appeared clear and strong.

Instead, the same written comments should be typed as follows:

The referee maintained control for the entire match. The referee's signals always appeared clear and strong.

Whilst this may reduce the visual clarity of written comments, this is a necessary precaution to reduce the likelihood of returning a blank form upon submission of this form.
